Kevin Shahan, CPA is a member in good
standing of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants
(TSCPA). Due to the audit services provided to clients of the firm, a mandatory peer review of quality
controls and audit practices is required every 3 years. My most recent peer review was performed in 2006 and a peer
review report is available upon request.
